Diving Club SUNS is the only shop in Fukuoka to be able offer its complete selection of tours and courses in English. If you are an English speaker living in Fukuoka and want to start a fun and exciting new hobby during your stay in Japan you can feel secure that you are understanding every detail and have all your questions answered while you take the courses in your home language. You may already be a certified diver in your home country but want to explore the diverse beauty of the underwater world of Japan. Has been diving since he was 17 years old and a diving professional since 1992. Has been involved in outdoor activities since high school where he was a leader in the Outdoor and Diving program. Graduated from the "Fish, Wildlife, and Recreation" program from BCIT. John is interested in all aspects of nature guiding not only diving but also in kayaking, and hiking as well. He is also involved in civilian search and rescue having trained and been certified as a Disaster Rescue Dog team with his Kai dog "Takezo".
